Creative collaborators: Chelsea Evers Heather Croteau Oleg MasnyyVisit website ︎︎︎ Welcoming Microsoft summer interns, a microsite was crafted to ease and elevate transition when navigating a new city while staying with 3Sixty.&nbsp; To elevate existing city guide list structures, user experience was prioritized—desiging multiple navigations, one dependent of time and the other personality. It was important to implement imagery and illustration to uplevel look and feel of each location. Collaborated to create user-friendly archetypes and neighborhood wayfinding, researched locations, visited and photographed locations, sourced supplementary images, designed five landing pages, and illustrated the hero for the home page. beanies as the sought-after outdoor apparel brand—creating a space for unique orders (separate from otherwise wholesale purchases). The microsite highlights premium quality and premium brands, as portrayed by curated photography to bring attention to individuality and authenticity of their headwear. The photoshoot was the driving force to the microsite in many ways, inspired by the juxtaposition of sleek studio product photography accompanied by nature-driven props and styling that hone in on form. This speaks into brand ethics of sourcing and hand-made quality, conveying overall care of the custom headwear. I developed an approachable PDF encompassing just that: a digital and for-print guide that’s both straight forward and playful.Working without discrete brand guidelines, I audited their website and social platforms for visual information including color, form, and typography. To avoid design that would quickly date itself, I strayed from photography and instead implemented fundamental glyphs and grid systems. The three colors pulled directly from the RDH logo act as wayfinding structure for each of the three sections.
